JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE FIRES BACK AT KANYE FOR TALKIN’ SH*T ABOUT “SUIT AND TIE”

Last month during a show in London, Kanye West decided to let the world know how he felt about the Justin Timberlake/Jay-Z collaboration “Suit and Tie.” In a rant that included his disdain for corporate culture, Yeezy fired a shot at his buddy Jay and the hit single. “Remind me again who’s the original super fly/And I got love for Hov but I ain’t f–kin’ with that ‘Suit & Tie’/Remind me again, remind me again why we in this sh-t/Remind me again, remind me again why we in this sh-t…”

Jay and Kanye have been bros for a while now, so the diss came as a surprise to fans. Kanye hasn’t elaborated on it since and Jay hasn’t responded. But it looks like the remark definitely got under Mr. Timberlake’s skin.

JT appeared on Saturday Night Live last night (March 9) and performed the single, and it looks like he took the opportunity to sling a response back at Kanye. He replied to Kanye’s onstage diss by making a not-so-subtle change to his song’s lyrics.

The line “Sh-t so sick/Got a hit and picked up a habit” was changed to: “My hits so sick/Got rappers acting dramatic.”

Uh-oh.

That’s an easy way to reply to Yeezy’s rant without turning the thing into a thing, but it’s clear Kanye won’t take this lying down.

With Jay-Z and JT set to go on tour together this summer, is Kanye playing the part of the jilted former BFF? It doesn’t seem like he’s too fond of the duo’s friendship–after all, Kanye went on tour with Jay in 2011 for Watch the Throne.

But who could Kanye call up to hit the road with in retaliation? Hmmm…
