INTERVENTION: JAY-Z & FRIEND URGES RIHANNA TO GO TO REHAB!!

Rihanna’s personal and professional lives have seemed anything but calm and cool over the past several months. Rihanna has repeatedly been in the tabloids for her tumultuous relationship with ex-boyfriend Chris Brown, been spotted partying hard at dance and strip clubs, and has had several stints in hospitals for exhaustion. Rihanna’s friends and peers, including her mentor, Jay-Z, are increasingly worried about the singer’s lifestyle and are now urging her to go to rehab.

According to Closer magazine via RadarOnline, an insider claims that Rihanna is falling prey to Hollywood’s party lifestyle and Jay-Z is now fed up with her bad behavior.

“Rihanna has been out of control for months,” the insider claimed. “She was supposed to catch a flight back to the UK last week [for a work obligation], but she ended up missing it, which was the final straw for management. Jay-Z hit the roof when he found out, and told Rihanna, ‘Go to rehab now or I’ll drop you from the label.’”

“She’s not happy, but she now feels she has no choice,” the insider claimed.

To be fair though, Rihanna has claimed that she missed her U.K. appearance to spend time with her cancer-stricken grandmother, Dolly.

Look magazine has also reported on Rihanna’s wild lifestyle, claiming that the singer has “reached her breaking point.”

“Ri says she’s physically and mentally exhausted and feeling lost,” said a source for the magazine. “I think she desperately needs help and some time off — not just from work but from all the other stresses in her life too.”

If the reports are true, hopefully Rihanna will decided to get help like the five other brave stars below. –nicholas robinson
