WHAT REALLY HAPPENED!? RAY J WAS ASKED TO BE MOVED AWAY FROM THE HOUSTON FAMILY AT BILLBOARD AWARDS …BY PAT HOUSTON!!!

Was the poignant Whitney Houston tribute at the 2012 Billboard Music Awards nearly marred by the presence of Ray J? It seems his seat was the issue and Whitney’s family members went so far as to ask security to have him moved.

According to a report from TMZ, the singer was seated right next to Whitney’s family, including daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown and sister-in-law and manager Pat Houston. It was Pat who asked security to have Ray J removed from his seat and located elsewhere inside the venue. Ray J, however, refused to move.

Pat Houston is among a group of Whitney’s relatives who believe Ray J was somehow partly responsible for her drug issues, and therefore for her demise. That hasn’t been confirmed, and Ray J has adamantly professed his love and concern for his late friend. He was clearly bothered by being asked to move and later was heard complaining about the incident to friends.

“Pat ruined what was a great opportunity to honor the woman who I loved,” he said.

Security eventually convinced Pat Houston that forcing Ray J to switch seats would likely turn physical and would no doubt turn up filmed and hitting the internet within minutes. It would also have coincided with the tribute to Whitney Houston that was about to take place.

Was Pat Houston overstepping her bounds by asking security to remove Ray J from his seat at the 2012 Billboard Music Awards? She seemingly bullied the show’s producers earlier about Bobbi Kristina Brown accepting Whitney’s posthumous award, believing she should be the one to accept it instead.

Fortunately the tribute to Whitney Houston was lovely, but the underlying angst had to have been felt by all, especially daughter Bobbi Kristina.

What’s your take on Pat Houston’s actions and motives? Should she have backed off a bit where the entire Billboard Music Awards evening was concerned?

81 Year-Old Woman Wins Power Ball in Amount of over $336 Million! $$$MAKE IT RAIN!!

81 year old; Louise White MADE IT RAIN…..She is the winner of the $336 Million powerball lottery!! This is the 3rd largest powerball lottery that’s ever been won.

Louise White, a “vivacious” 81-year-old of Newport, Rhode Island, stepped tuesday today as the winner of $336.4 million, the third largest Powerball lottery in the history of the game.

“I want to say that I’m very happy and I’m very proud. This will make my family very happy,” she said. “We are truly blessed. Thank you.”

White took her bonanza calmly, speaking briefly and then leaving the crowded news conference for her new team of attorneys to handle.

Her attorneys called her “vivacious as any octogenarian.”

The funds will go to the Rainbow Sherbert Trust, named after the dessert that she purchased last month while buying the lottery ticket. A family member had a craving for that flavor which led her to go to the store.

A family spokesman said the winning ticket was kept in White’s Bible — which she then slept with — until she could get to a bank and put it in a safe deposit box.

The sherbert and the winning ticket was sold from Stop & Shop at 250 Bellevue Ave. in Newport, R.I. for $3.

A spokeswoman for Stop & Shop had said before today’s announcement that White’s family are “frequent” and “valued” customers at the store.

“We’re very pleased to be part of the history,” Suzi Robinson said before the announcement.

Robinson said White’s son, LeRoy White, 63, of Newport is “well known in the community.” LeRoy White lives about a mile away from the grocery store. Her attorneys said she was from Newport though public records show she at one time lived in the town of Middletown, about five miles away.

In Louise White’s Facebook profile page, she lists Verizon Wireless under the “Employers” category.

Rhode Island Gov. Lincoln Chaffee was present for the historic win and praised for waiting to claim her prize and getting professional help as well. “You were lucky and smart,” Chaffee said.

The jackpot win is the first since the newly revamped $2 version of the PowerBall game debuted Jan. 15, according to lottery officials.

White chose to accept the lump sum payment of $210 million, rather than the 30 annuity payments paid out over 29 years. White will pay $52.5 million in federal taxes and more than $14 million in state taxes.
